Simple Pleasures

Snack attack!
The cure is roasted almonds.

Fifteen minutes at 350 degrees or
until you can smell them - uummmm!


Put in a pretty bowl.

Put pretty bowl on counter
Watch almonds disappear,
before your very eyes.
~~Crunch~~ ~~Crunch~~

So simple but oh so good!

  19. Thanks for a great reminder. I love to roast almonds and slip a snack bag in my purse. When I am prepared, I don't fear driving through for fast-food! A perfect simple pleasure!

  26. I didn't know it was that easy to roast almonds. Almonds are such a great way to get protein and curve the hunger pains.
