Sounds exciting! Will it get in the way of a festively decorated Christmas? I'd love an add-on - and have my list of fixer-upper ideas. Not in the bankroll, I'm afraid. I'll live vicariously through you!

Ooh ... sounds a bit exciting there.
I love makeovers! It's a sort of a sickness with me. I love to see the before and the afters and see what wonderful things have been done.
