I could resist taking this picture of me painting the sky.
This week has been another busy week.
Tom and I are working hard to get our
"old" home ready to rent.
We are cleaning, painting and doing a lot of gardening.
Sometimes it is hard for me to let go of our old home.
When I am cleaning something,
it brings back so many memories that
happened in that room or place.
I have to admit I had a tear or two.
I still love this house.
But I know God has a plan for us.
Plus, I couldn't resist showing you more
baby Trey pictures.
One week today!
So Sweet! Congratulations and Blessings!

Thanks for the sweet pics. He is adorable and I'm so thankful he has a loving family and a grandma who will pray for him.
ReplyDeleteYes, letting go of the things we know and are comfortable with is very hard. We'll be going in that direction soon. I'm trying to prepare myself. :D

Hi Christine, I feel like I've been out of the loop-I know you are retiring but renting your home and where are you headed?
ReplyDeleteWhat a handsome little guy Trey is, I wondered if there is significance to his name? Have a productive week.
Hugs, Noreen
Joe and I keep talking about retirement and selling our house and moving. I want to but at the same time not. It is so hard to leave a place with so many wonderful memories. But you are giving someone else a chance to have wonderful memories there. Ah, so bittersweet.
ReplyDeleteVery cool photo! :)
ReplyDeleteI guess I missed that Kimmy was moving out of that house. Well, it will be interesting to see who is in there next.
"Don't be sad it's over, be glad it happened!" Dr. Seuss. :) Which is my favorite quote lately! ha.
Christine,
ReplyDeleteLove the photo of you painting... so many memories, treasure them as you make new ones with those wonderful grandkids! Love your haircut!

Oh, if I could just reach across the miles and hold that sweet bundle of joy. I just love babies.
ReplyDeleteSuch a blessing - little Trey. I look forward to more posts about him.
