Getting Ready...

When my friend came back from Europe this summer,
she had a special gift for me.

Organic Green Tea
called Autumn Tea
Yesterday, another friend brought
 over some colorful flowers!
Now, I'm anticipating the change of the season.

I am fascinated by the directions.
They tell you the temperature for brewing
And for how long, with pictures.
No need for translation!

Autumn Equinox is when night and
day are nearly the same length, 12 hours.

I'll be sipping tea to celebrate.
Do you celebrate the first day of Fall?

  1. Love, love the coming of fall. Your tea sounds, well, interesting.

  2. We had apples with caramel yesterday...trying to bring the cool weather in! That tea sounds wonderful.

  3. Celebrating Fall with a wardrobe change - one of my favorite Autumn rituals . . .

  4. Yes... with an early morning walk full of praise for the Gifts from Above... =) blessings and hugs ~ tanna

  5. Hello. How special for your friend to bring you such a nice gift from her travels! I love tea, and this name of your new tea sounds very cozy! I love getting my Fall decorations out and putting them on the mantel. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
    Yours, Roxy

  6. The ushering in of my favorite season, a gift from a good friend, and a hot cup of flavorful tea...what could possibly be better!

  7. yum....I would have to translate that celcius though! ha.

  8. I did celebrate! I went to a tea with my book club. We had a wonderful time! Have a great evening and enjoy your tea! It looks delicious!

  9. How did it taste? I love autumn!! It's my favorite season. :)

  10. I admit that I did not celebrate the first day of fall this year. I was and am distracted by septic issues. However, I fully intend to celebrate fall much more this year and do so very intentionally. I love autumn.

And that tea sounds like just the ticket to start your celebration,
