Stop Listening...

Where do you read your Bible?

"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."
Psalm 119:105

For me,
I enjoy reading here.

But lately,
God has shown his morning artwork
from our backyard.

"All Scripture is breath out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be competent, equipped for every good work."

2 Timothy 3:16-17

I'll be gone for awhile.
I'll be back...

  2. Good word. I read my Bible in a very worn out chair, with a very worn out Bible. I do love watching the sun come up also! Yes, time to read and stop the noise of the world.

  3. What a cozy spot to soak up the Word. You will be missed while you are away. Have a lovely weekend.

  4. Beautiful skies.

I mostly read my Bible in my home office, but sometimes take it to bed with me. Love reading just before sleep.

  7. Very powerful words! And while the spirit of the Lord is to change our hearts, it will never do so in disagreement with the Word. Praying all is well with you!

  8. PS, I meant also to add that my very most special place to study the Word is in my worn rocking chair where I have gorgeous views out my windows too. Best times are in the morning, when my mind is fresh, but I also love to fall asleep reading the word too. Comforting to fall asleep thinking on the words of life that bring great peace. Hugs to you!

Wishing you and your dear family a most blessed and Happy Thanksgiving!
