Isn't she a beauty?
I wasn't looking for her. She just jumped out and asked me to take her home.
Poor little thing, she didn't cost that much, but she had good bones.
A little dusting,
a little painters tape,
some white spray paint,
and she cleaned up real well.
(I give the rooms in our home a name.
Our office is called Paris.)

Latex paint will make natural, bristles, brushes stick together and become mop like.
Use synthetic brushes.
I love it! and I love that you name your rooms in your house. How cool!!
ReplyDeleteyeah, sorry you missed the giveaway... maybe next time, eh?
Oh Christine, what a lovely idea... to give your rooms names, other than bedroom, kitchen, etc. I'd go into my office quite willingly if she was called Paris. Although when I call her my study, it's an endearing term for me.
ReplyDeleteAnd your piece of furniture at such a bargain certainly looks great where you've got it.
WOW..gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteBlessings, andrea
OK, that is just the best table! I love the detail on the top. You got a good find and you did good girl!
ReplyDeleteBrenda,
ReplyDeleteI tell my husband that I'm going to "Paris". When actually, I'm going to the office. But it sounds so good!
I'm in Paris right now! hee hee
Later on, I'll be going to the "Spa" or "Provance".
Love it, love it, love it! What a great way to start the year! Successful, beautiful and useful project!!
ReplyDeleteI love your theme inspired rooms! I want to see Spa and Provance. =)
She's perfect! I always have items jump out and beg me to take them home with me! LOL!
ReplyDeleteOh I love it! Looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI love the table and I love that you give your rooms names! We name our GPS unit, car Mom's even named her property and home... I've never thought of naming rooms before! I love Paris! You'll have to reveal the names for your other rooms sometime! Great job on the table!... Dee Dee
ReplyDeleteI love it, Christine!
ReplyDeleteSpray Paint - one of my best friends. Your project looks great with your creative design on top.
ReplyDeleteHi Christine~
ReplyDeleteWhat a great project! It turned out beautifully! I, too, have had many things just beg me to take them home! And of course, I would be so cold-hearted if I were to resist! :)
PS Thank you for checking up on me!
Blessings!
