Thanksgiving - On Friday

Nine O'clock, Tom getting the turkey ready.
Ten O'clock, Kimmy and family came to help, work and play.
(We taped the Macy's Parade and watched it Friday morning.)
Mark brought his work...
Lulu worked on place cards
Had to show you a close up of mine, love it!

Three O'clock, everyone arrived.

We ate around 4:00
It was hard to get a picture of everyone around the table all at once.
Lot's of good conversations.

Later ...
Tom back at the sink.
Dishes all cleaned and
ready to put away.

Another great time at Thanksgiving.

Stop by Kimmy's blog.
 She has a lot more
pictures to share.

  1. Well, that explains it! I've been wondering why your house was all ready for Thanksgiving when you went to your son and daughter-in-law's! You celebrate Thanksgiving all week-end long! :) It looks like everybody had a wonderful time. You all have so much to be thankful for as do we! :)
Many blessings as we enter into the Christmas season!

  2. I enjoyed the pictures of your Thanksgiving. You have been blessed with much family. I know you're thankful! Hey, how did I miss the fact that Kimmie has a blog! I'm a follower of hers now also. Oh, that little 'Grammie' card is so sweet. I'll bet you hung on to that one!

  3. Thanks for a wonderful meal and such a fun day. Also thanks for the leftovers!!!

  4. Hi there, Loved seeing your photos-family simply makes every day the best. What a great group you had and now I'll go over to Kimmy's blog. We both have Kimmy's-how fun!
    Hugs, Noreen

  6. Christine, I love family celebrations, as I know you do. Photos tell the story of love and memories being made. I also love to see china dishes all washed and ready for the cabinet. It sure looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, thanks for sharing.

  7. Love the Grammie placecard!! ;D

This is what Thanksgiving is all about, Christine... family and thanksgiving to the Lord for the many blessings we enjoy. Have a great week. tanna

  9. Christine
So glad you had such a nice Thanksgiving. How sweet of Lulu to be such a little helper and your DH of course!
    Beautiful family.

  10. Two Thanksgivings!
I love how you make it work.

  11. Well you answered "clean-up duties" in this I asked a while back. LOL

This is great...wonderful the place cards.

    What a wonderful day!!

  12. Family meals, where it's hard to get them all in the pictures, are the best, no matter what day you celebrate.

  13. I think the picture of Lulu making place cards wins my heart above all the rest. That's precious! It sounds like you had a marvelous day.

Trying get myself back in the groove after a week of playing with the daughters.

  14. It looks like such a wonderful day! And Tom does dishes too! Don't you love a man with dish pan hands?
