We moved things around.
I shopped the house for centerpieces.
Found these Cottages that I have been collecting.
So I sprinkled them down the center of the tables.
So I sprinkled them down the center of the tables.
Need to add the silverware and glasses
and a few more borrowed chairs.
Last minute details but I'm ready
and so excited to spend time
with my family!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Ooooo... I AM glad you shared your Thanksgiving table with us. Lovely idea to put the houses down the center.
ReplyDeleteI was saying to Rick as we were exercising at the gym this morning... if we were in the States right now we could be eating turkey dinner today. He thought that not a bad idea.
Rejoice and be glad....
How pretty! You did a wonderful job of decorating the table. I can't imagine having such a great collection of little buildings. Wow! It didn't take me too long to set the table for...uh...just the two of us. We prayed, gobbled it up, and now we're decorating. In fact, I'm cleaning windows!

I really enjoyed seeing all of your pictures today and reading about your family's celebrations. What a lovely idea to use those cottages down the center of the table. And to have Lulu do the placecards. What a treasure for you to have the one with your name on. Oh the joy that family can bring. What touched my heart the most was, seeing your husband helping to wash your beautiful dishes. How nice of him to help out.
