Happy Thanksgiving - Almost Ready

 We moved things around.
I shopped the house for centerpieces.
Found these Cottages that I have been collecting.
So I sprinkled them down the center of the tables.
Need to add the silverware and glasses
and a few more borrowed chairs.
Last minute details but I'm ready
and so excited to spend time
with my family!

Happy Thanksgiving!

  1. Ooooo... I AM glad you shared your Thanksgiving table with us. Lovely idea to put the houses down the center.

I was saying to Rick as we were exercising at the gym this morning... if we were in the States right now we could be eating turkey dinner today. He thought that not a bad idea.

    Rejoice and be glad....

  2. How pretty! You did a wonderful job of decorating the table. I can't imagine having such a great collection of little buildings. Wow! It didn't take me too long to set the table for...uh...just the two of us. We prayed, gobbled it up, and now we're decorating. In fact, I'm cleaning windows!

  3. Oh it looks so nice! Love when you swap rooms.

  4. Lovely! Happy Thanksgiving, dear. I am thankful for you! xo

  5. Beautifully set table Christine, Wishing you and your family a most blessed and Happy Thanksgiving.

  6. I do so love it when you have so many you have to borrow chairs!! LOVE it when there are so many chairs filled with loving, laughing and wonderful family and or friends!! I know you enjoyed a wonderful day!! all the best to you and yours, Christine! blessings ~ tanna

  7. Looks lovely Christine. And you can use your cottages for Christmas too.
Hope you and your family have a great Thanksgiving!

  8. Do I see Noritake china on your Thanksgiving table?? One more thing we have in common.

  9. Oh how wonderful! Hope your day was filled with joy and love!

  10. I really enjoyed seeing all of your pictures today and reading about your family's celebrations. What a lovely idea to use those cottages down the center of the table. And to have Lulu do the placecards. What a treasure for you to have the one with your name on. Oh the joy that family can bring. What touched my heart the most was, seeing your husband helping to wash your beautiful dishes. How nice of him to help out.
