April Showers Brought out the Flowers

This is the first Spring in our Cottage.
It's exciting to see what flowers pop out and
all the colors.

Of course we added some color of our own.

I had to have some pink so I can
drop off a bouquet for Lulu, once in awhile.

Now, if we can just get a little more sun.

Welcome May!

  1. Just beautiful! I need to get some flowers planted this month :)

  2. I like your cottage! Everything looks so nice and lush. We are finally going to get rain and warmer weather!
Thanks for comments on my blog. The photographer was Ivy's mom :D

  3. How pretty! I love your garden, especially the bluebells. I wish I had some. Happy May to you! This is going to be a fun month.

  4. Happy May Day! :) What lovely flowers are blooming around you! Maybe spring has finally arrived? We're wet today! ha.

  5. How beautiful...so colorful. We are having butterflies here and it is so much fun to watch.

Enjoy, enjoy your flowers...we are enjoying ours before the heat takes them out.

  6. Happy May Day to you! Your garden is beautiful. I am trying to send some Calif. sun your way. Let me know if it works! :)

  7. Happy May my friend! Your cottage is so beautiful and I'm sure it brings joy not only to you but to all your neighbors as well!
    dee dee

  8. Your flowers are beautiful! So some of that was already there for you? Is that right? It must be just gorgeous at the cottage right now.

I also realized that I had missed your final installment of the coffee house tour. I'm glad you liked Tulleys because that was my favorite from the last group too.

And I'm also a chair snob! It's a requirement to have a good one.

  9. Your cottage flowers are beautiful, Christine, Enjoy the spring.

  10. Nice to see spring has sprung in your neck of the woods. Lovely blooms.

  11. Love that you are growing pink bouquets for Lulu!! Your flowers are so beautiful, Christine. Wishing you sunshine! blessings ~ tanna

  12. Amazing.
I would love a little history of your cottage. How long have you owned it? Have you lived there before? Did you rent it out? Did you plant those gardens?

  13. You are so fortunate to have these flowers blooming at your cottage. They are beautiful! I especially like the little purple hanging bells. What is their correct name?
