I spotted something from the corner of my eye.
Yup, a rabbit!
I have seen a rabbit hopping quickly out of the garden.
This time he posed.
I even got a close up of this cutie.
I thought I'd show you how fast the apartment building is going up
across the street.
How cute!! I know he sees your cottage as a refuge with all the construction going on across the street! Wow, that thing is going up fast. Hope you are enjoying a wonderful weekend, Christine! blessings ~ Tanna
ReplyDeleteWe currently have a very brave mama bunny and a few cute babies hanging out under one of our trees in the yard. Whenever the dogs are out she will often stand outside the tree facing in the opposite direction. Wayne and I think that is to protect her babies... if the dogs would come after her we think should would run away from her home tree, thus leading the dogs away from her babies. God is so cool to give even animals the ability to care for and protect their young!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how fast the building has gone up!

Oh, a cute little bunny. I know they can be destructive, but I still think they are cute. How great to have it living in your garden.
ReplyDeleteI love the word cottage for your home...and what a welcoming sight, the bunny...nature right beside a large apartment
ReplyDeleteLulu is so excited and wants to see the bunny!!
ReplyDeletethe rabbit is looking like a lion for his sitting posture.:-)

Nugget sends a big hello to that bunny! :)
ReplyDeleteThay sure are sweet. Watch out he may bring along the rest of his family!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet treat to see.... we have hares in our neighbourhood.... when we catch sight of them, or they of us more like it, that's when you know why they say 'quick like a bunny'!
ReplyDeleteRabbits are so cute. I wonder if they have their babies in the spring. You may have an addition to your family :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a big construction site. Where is the parking for the tenants? I bet it will be lovely when it's finished.
I was at my sister's house this weekend and out in the backyard hops a rabbit. She has woods behind her home and says it's a common sight. They are cute, but she's glad she doesn't have a garden. HA!
ReplyDeleteWe have several rabbits in our backyard. It is so fun to watch them play with one another. It's almost like a game of tag!
ReplyDeletePeople share pictures of their pets often on their blogs. Now you have one of your own. Great pictures!
ReplyDeleteI had missed this, Christine. It must have just hopped right by me on the dashboard, and I didn't see it.
ReplyDeleteHe actually does look like he's posing for you.
Obviously, word has spread through your new neighborhood that a blogger lives in the Little Cottage.
For a rabbit, he's quite the ham.
(Oh, come on admit it. That was a good one.)
Just stopping by tonight to wish you a most blessed and Happy Mother's day, Christine.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Sue
