Today's view.
Tom and I really enjoy watching this apartment
building going up.
They are just moving right along, aren't they? I suppose traffic will pick up around you when they are filled with families! It's always fun to watch construction!
ReplyDeleteOh wow it is like a ballet, how very cool! To watch something that big grow up before your eyes, thanks for sharing it with us!

Hi there, I love your attitude-so positive, I'm not sure I'd appreciate that across the street from me.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.

Love your "documentary" on the apartment building. How exciting to think of all the new people you will have a chance to meet.
ReplyDeleteHi Christine,
ReplyDeleteI enjoy watching stuff like that too. Depending on the weather, I have been known to enjoy a cup of tea and a scone while watching a good construction project.
One time while we were in Disney World, we watched a huge swimming pool being constructed...with all sorts of spiffy stuff. A pirate ship, a lazy river, a domed tower...it was cool.
Speaking of scones...I am having a cup of Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea and munching on an orange & cranberry scone RIGHT NOW:)
Wanna bite??? Lolol
Blessings to you and yours.
In Him,
Grace
They are making some quick progress! Here in my area (a small town) anytime something gets started it takes them forever to finish it. They have been working on a road now for years and I figure I'll be dead before it's done LOL
ReplyDeleteThere will be a time when you get to know people that move in and they will love these photos. I love the process. When we lived in CA I worked for a home builder and it was always so exciting, from the lumber drop to the day the new owners picked up their keys.
ReplyDeleteThat's so fun to see the change. Remember when there were grass fields in the back?
ReplyDeleteHard-working people get my vote ... I'm just glad I'm on the watching end of that project. Hehe ... It's come a long way. Amazing how quickly buildings are erected. Won't be long before you'll be watching all of the residents going in and out.
ReplyDeleteApartment building was part of my life for many years. Like others said, not all people have as positive attitude as you, but I must tell you, I have met some of the nicest people in those apartment buildings. With your warm, gracious personality, I think you might too. I always looked at the process as a puzzle being put together.
