Apartment? What Apartment? OH...That Apartment!

July 18, 2012
The bricks arrived

Just joining me?
This is the apartment building that is
going up across the street from us.
I have been documenting the building process.

Things are looking up.

A huge crane drove up to deliver
pipes for the air conditioning.
I ran out and "interviewed" the delivery guy
to find out more about the process.
I'll spare you all the details.

All this took place in front of our Cottage.
I think the guys are getting use to
 having their pictures taken.
They even smile : ) for the camera now!

  2. It won't be long and you'll be photographing lamp lights glowing from behind curtained windows. What fun to watch it all take place.

  4. You are my kind of observer. I would want to interview the construction guys, too. :)

  5. It's coming along! Can't wait to see it finished. Isn't it fun to see a building being built from start to finish? It will be fun to tell the new neighbors about watching the process.

  7. It is indeed going fast! It's actually going just fast enough to be moving right along and not so fast that you wonder about quality.

Just think of the new neighbors you will soon get to meet in your wonderful Little House adventure.

  10. We've been talking about selling our home... I've loved it so much. But, I've started the process of "cleaning out" to get ready to put it on the market... my heart clinches. I look forward to seeing what you and Tom do next. You always inspire me. blessings ~ tanna
