Sunday Drive

Seattle has some really beautiful, old homes.
As we drove down this street,
I felt like I was at a tennis match.
My head turning left and right, as fast as it could.

As we headed home...

I thought, there's no place like Home.

  1. I agree, no place like home. They are more like mansions. Way too much yard work for me. I like my townhouse and a small flower bed that I share with my connected neighbor and they don't mind that I take care of it. Plus we have a company that comes to mow the grass! Yeah. I love you cottage, very cute. Have a great week! Jude

  2. Those are certainly beautiful homes. So lush! Around here we have to work like crazy to get a twig to sprout - and up there the forests just jump out of the ground.
Thanks for sharing those great shots.

  3. Magnificent homes, but I'm glad they belong to someone besides me. Too much upkeep and dusting. :) Your home is just adorable. What a great place to come home to.

  4. Pretty homes. Lots of upkeep! Love your little bungalow. Looks like a real home!

  5. Those homes are beautiful. Thanks for showing them to me. But your little bungalow is just perfect for you. There really is no place like home.

  6. Oh to drive down the road with you... my favorite thing to do! Zac is always looking at cars, but me it is homes... big or small I love them all!
I am praying for a safe trip and delivery for you and Kimmy (in that order!)

  7. What lovley homes, ,Christine, and I agree there is no place like home. Driving and looking at farms and homes is one of my favorite things to do, especially with Dh . Thanks for sharing
    Blessings, Sue

  8. Gorgeous! I love every single one of them!...but yours is the cutest! :)
