Tom and I took Bob & Tamar out to celebrate
their 2nd wedding anniversary.
Tamar said she read my blog (while working out... go Tamar!)
about our trip to Lynden.
"Why don't you go and pick the Raspberries at
the house?"
Did she say Raspberries?
I'm so there!!
Raspberry Freezer Jam!!
(Thank you Tamar. You will be getting some jam.)
Looks like you've been enjoying your summer break, Christine! I've been reading your blog but on the fly, as I've been sooooo busy!
ReplyDeleteTwo more days of Garden Club at school and then some time off! :) Those raspberries look FAB! Enjoy!
Blessings!
Yum! Love those cute little jars!
ReplyDeleteOh, you lucky girl!! Raspberry heaven! Enjoy!! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteWhat yummy looking photos...
ReplyDeleteCute jars.
Sounds sooooo yummy. Just need a biscuit now. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a jackpot! It looks like jewels in glasses, doesn't it? I love cobblers made out of those with ice cream. Seems all the ones in Illinois are in poison ivy patches! Still, we try!

More raspberries! I bet the jam you made is delicious!
ReplyDeleteHi Christine, Love raspberries and raspberry jam...yummm. My youngest daughter has new vines growing in her garden so I know I'll get to enjoy some too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit and your sweet comments. I have always loved dogs and when we lose one it is like part of my heart shrivles up but then there is hope for a new one. Enjoying every day with our Reggie. Blessings to you this day.

You've been very, very busy Christine!
ReplyDeleteOur raspberies are still green, so it will be a while until we make jam.
So is there another trip in the making? Lynden?
I'll be checking back to see!
I just read on freezer jam...I am going to have to make some..we don't have raspberries down here, but we do have blueberries!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!!
More raspberries. Lucky you! I have never heard of freezer jam. What is it?
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to try it!!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad some one gets to have raspberries this summer, the heat got ours this year. I am now hoping for next year! ~smile~
ReplyDeleteEnjoy,
Thank you for visiting me and for taking the time to leave such a sweet comment. I am hoping to be able to blog more regular soon.
Blessings,
Sue
Yummo!! I love raspberries!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have been having the most amazing, fun-filled Summer!! :)
I have been a BAD blog-friend!! I am so sorry that I got so far behind in following your blog (and everyone else's for that matter!!). I was really busy over at the church in Brimfield, where they were offering tornado aid. Did you get my email to thank you for your wonderful (unnecessary) and much appreciated generosity??
I got all the chicken, broccoli, pasta, and fixins I could with the money you sent and made platters of my world-famous ChickBrocZiti to bring to the church. :) :) :)
So...You very much helped the people of Western Massachusetts from all the way across the country! That is truly AWESOME!!! :)
Lately...I've been on a little Stay-Cation and Kenny has been forcing me to relax (sounds relaxing...doesn't it!?!?) HaHa
He even took the battery out of my cell phone and took my laptop away so that I would have to "chillax" and get away from the world. It was wonderful. :)
Thank you so much for your comments as always. They, and you, mean so much to me.
I'm so happy to see that you are having a wonderful Summer. :)
See you here in the Blogisphere soon. :) :) :) God Bless!!
one word......
ReplyDeleteYUMMY!
