It Was Time

Christmas tree needles were dropping like Seattle rain.
Time for the tree to be dismantled.
Ornaments taken down and put away.
Carpet was vacuumed at least three times.

Just when I thought "Christmas" was all put away,
I found one tree ornament and
the missing bale of hay for a nativity.

Whew!
Now I can enjoy a few more days before
heading back to work.

  9. I've just popped in from Camp and Cottage Life. Our tree will stay up until January 6th and then I'll do the big clean up!
