Date Night - The Great Wheel

 Seattle's Great Wheel

There wasn't a line to ride the wheel.

We bought two tickets.

Looking straight up, it was awesome!

 Self Portrait inside our cab.

 View looking south.

View looking north at the Space Needle

View straight on of downtown Seattle

 View of the spokes.

The cab

It was so much fun.
I want to go again, only during the day.

  1. You may want to go during the day, but those night shots were fantastic! I love seeing other cities. I would be afraid to go on the wheel, but I'm sure glad you weren't. Otherwise I wouldn't have been able to see those great pictures. Ha, ha.

  2. I wish I could get on things like that. I don't know when I developed my fear of heights; probably after I had kids! :) I have been keeping up with your kids thru her blog. I'm sure I'll be seeing some pics with you two in them there soon!

  5. I am laughing....you must have heard me talking yesterday telling my son they had a Ferris wheel in Seattle and that Dallas wants to do the same.

Well if we ever get on here I am going to be first in line! You had a great date night.

  11. I love the things you two do together!

I wouldn't do this one, though. Ferris wheels of the regular sort are scary enough to me. Unless this one grinds realy slowly, I'd be scare of a big dip.

  13. giant ferris wheels are such a fun way to
see a city. we recently took a ride on
the london eye, and it is just fantastic
to get a layout of that gorgeous city.
