Summer List Completed...

( and just in time! )

Todd and Stephanie read about my Summer List.
They noticed I still needed to ride a ferry boat.
We decided to celebrate Stephanie's birthday and take Trey on his first ferry boat ride.
What a great day!

The last thing on my Summer List
was to dine alfresco by the water.
We did that too!

We took a ferry to Bainbridge Island.
Once there, we drove around and found the perfect spot to open presents, eat and play in the water.

Then we headed home.
What a great day!

Good-bye Summer.
It was so much fun.

  1. Excellent!! And, happy birthday to Stephanie. Sounds like an absolutely perfect way to celebrate AND cross some things off that list just in time. ;) blessings ~ tanna

  5. Love this idea, making a summer list. I think I'll start an autumn list, as it's my favorite season:

    #1 - Road trip!

  8. What a great end to your summer! The scenery is just beautiful - had to Google to find out where Bainbridge Island is! Just stopping by from the GRAND Social Linky Party. Hope you get a chance to do the same!

Finished with three weeks left to go?
Let's think of something to add to your list . . .

  13. Oh my goodness! I don't know if you will ever see this, but believe it or not "ride a boat" was going to be on my sand pail list this summer before I shucked the sand pail list this year. I had thought to put it on a list for fall.

Now, I see that you have made a fall list, and I am so inspired to do the same. Maybe it will jumpstart my adventure engines, which seem to have stalled.
