🎶 It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas 🎶
Last post, I talked about our stubby, little tree.
But look at it now!
Todd and Stephanie sent us their present.
It's the first one under the tree.
Their present is almost as big as the tree.
Decorations around our home are minimal.
A wreath here and there,

The Nativity Scene that Lulu ❤ made me,
Our "Charlie Brown" Christmas tree,
and a few candles.
I'm content with what we have.
Plus, if you add enough lights to a shabby, little tree,
it will hide any imperfections and turn out beautiful.
God is good!

Your little tree turned out perfect. I think you are wise to have minimal decorations. I wish I did. Putting up and taking down takes so much time.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful, Christine!! Merry, Merry Christmas is at your house! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteChristmas is not about fancy decorations, but about people and memories.
ReplyDeleteYour tree is lovely, Christine, I must admit I have a tendency to overdo. My Dh always reminds me that they have to come down. ~smile~ Sometimes I think the true meaning of Christmas gets pushed aside, through all the shopping, decorating and activities.
ReplyDeleteI also love how you arranged the mirrors, I can never seem to get them right.
Do you know what in the big package?
Thank you for visiting for your your sweet thoughts.
Blessings,
Sue
