Christmas Tree Ornaments

A few years back, I started giving Trey,
our grandson,
a Star to hang on his Christmas tree.

Then, last year I made a Rosebud, made out felt, for Scarlett.
This year I found a fun pattern
 for Scarlett's Rosebud ornament.

Once I started making Rosebuds, I couldn't stop.
Lulu and Ila May are now getting one.
So, Levi, Silas and Isaac needed their own stars!
Each grandchild is getting a homemade
Christmas Tree ornament from
"Grandma";
Grammie-goo and Omie

Yes, I have two names. Each family calls me something different.
Poor Tom, gets so confused when we visit one family and then the other.

For the star pattern, I used a cookie cutter.

  1. I love those rosebuds. I read the tutorial and think this is so clever! I need to buy some ric rac. What a great idea to give the grands a handmade ornament each year.
