They look like they are decorations
but
they are not.
They are real.
This icicle touches the snow that is on the ground.
Icicles everywhere you look.
Even our home has icicles.
Do we knock them down
or leave them up?
I have heard both ways.
If we knock them down, it might damage the gutters.
If we don't knock them down, it could be a dangerous.
This was the temperature last night.
Baby, it's cold outside!
Hey, Tom...isn't God amazing?

Those are some amazing icicles! Stay warm and stay dry.
ReplyDeleteThose are amazing icicles. That often means you have a gutter dam. Not good. I would just let them melt unless it is damaging the inside of your home. I just told Joe I am not going to complain about our 17* after seeing your -13*.
ReplyDeleteWe're experiencing those same frigid temps. So thankful for our cozy, warm cottage. The snowman sign is cute. xo
ReplyDeleteOh my, the snowmen sign gave me the giggles...too cute!
ReplyDeleteYour photos are stunning and I can relate to the icicles since we had -18 here today. Our poor car had icicles hanging from it :) Hugs to you!
Soooooo COLD! I was not liking the 15 here yesterday or the 20 this morning, but we are in a heat wave compared to y'all! Just don't let an icicle fall on you! blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDeleteOh the icicles truly are lovely. I currently have them on the base of my car. Love the Snowman photo at the end. Smile!
ReplyDeleteAwesome pictures. I love snow and icicles. As I live in the Southern U.S. we don't see a lot of snow, but we have about 7 inches on the ground and 21 degrees currently. Should get above freezing by Tues. That snowman kit is great!!!
ReplyDeleteOh BRRRR!
ReplyDeleteWow, those are some huge icicles, touching the snow! The cold weather this year has been quite something, lol! Stay warm :)
