We received 15 inches total, since Dec.15th.
Today, it snowed all day and all night.
**BEAUTIFUL**
Tom and I went for an evening snow walk.
This is our home.
We've kept our Christmas light up, for now.
It was so beautiful, even Tom got into
taking pictures.
This is looking down our street.
So quiet and light.
Around every corner, we came across
cars that were stuck.
It was so wonderful to see others were helping them dig out.
Even Tom helped out.
That's him, in the picture on the right.
He's holding the "flash light" on his phone,
The guy on the ground was hooking up a tow.
We are enjoying it for now.
Next week it will disappear.

"Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."
Hebrews 13:5
We were supposed to have a snow storm today but fortunately it missed us. I don't mind looking at snow, but digging out and trying to get around in it is too much for me anymore. Yours is pretty. How nice that people were helping each other to get out.
ReplyDeleteThere is a quietness and stillness after a snow that feels holy... One of my favorite scriptures... Be still... KNOW...
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos, Christine! Love that you and Tom were out enjoying the evening and helping neighbors. Good stuff! blessings and hugs ~ tanna
Beautiful! Thank goodness it disappears!
ReplyDeleteWow!! It's so pretty!! I'm sure we're getting a storm here, soon. My littles have been nothing but "hyenas", tonight. lol. I laugh, but I haven't been... you know. Enjoy your peace and quiet while it lasts. :)
ReplyDeleteFresh snow is beautiful, but I'm glad we only get a few inches every few years or so, if that.
ReplyDeleteYour home is so lovely.
Stay warm!
