Today's post is just for fun.
A glimpse into our week.
This is Tom's winter look.
(around the house only)
Seattle had a viaduct that was torn down after years of
complaints and scary moments.
But this has got to be the worst part of the viaduct.
Isaac our two year old grandson
loves to play with the Little People School Bus.
So when Tom saw this at our local mall,
he had to get a picture for him.
Yup, I came down with
Influenza A.
On the mends and have some energy back.
The flu has hit Kimmy's home.
So far, Lulu hasn't gotten it.
* * Please pray, that this won't interfere with her
up coming surgery.
The neighborhood boys came by with their
snow shovels and asked if the could...
shovel the snow off your lawn!
I had to hold my laughing until the door was closed.
Tom told them politely, no.
I look for signs everywhere we go.
Even driving around the block to
get a better picture.

"This is the confidence which we have before Him, if we ask anything, according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have we asked from Him."

What a fun and interesting week! I love the picture of Tom in the bus. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love Tom's winter look. LOL! The flu has hit our home and it is horrible. :(
ReplyDeleteLoved your photos. Sorry you had the flu. Loved that pic of Tom in the bus -- your grandson will think that just the coolest, I'm pretty sure.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a wonderful weekend, Christine.

Trying to catch up and so sorry to read that you have been sick. Oh girl...me too! Praying you are on the road by now to a full recovery. Asking God to touch your body. What adorable pictures. You even look GOOD girl in that mask! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about the awful flu bug, and will certainly be praying for all of Kimmy's family, and for the upcoming surgery! Always enjoy those road signs too, how do they come up with such funny ones? One that comes to mind is a business in town that is an autobody shop, and their sign says "We take the dent out of accident". Always a smile to see funny signs for sure. Praying that all of you are well soon!!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see your photographs.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you have had the flu, hope you are feeling better now.
All the best Jan
