A quick review of my Fall ...
A friend came and stayed with us for several days.
We don't get many visitors.
Anita is a friend from the Seattle area.
We met at church years ago.
Growing flowers is a "growing'" passion.
New to my garden this year, were Dalilah's.
Good choice!
Tom and I always enjoy a date,
driving with the top down.
This time is was out in Farm County.
Things are growing.
Boys and eggs!
Here is Levi (12 yrs)
and
Isaac ( 5yrs).
Sunflower seeds are shucked and roasted.
A lot of dirty work but delicious.
Way to go Kimmy.
Saying Good-bye to the Hummers
until next year.
PEACHES!
An abundance crop this year.
Family, friends and neighbors
all received plenty.
I enjoy growing roses, roses and more roses.
What we didn't grown in our own garden,
we bought at the Red Barn.
A local vegetable market.
Fall...
my favorite time of year.
It ends way to soon.

"The grass withers,
the flowers fade,
but the word of God will stand forever."
Isaiah 40:8
Looks like you have been enjoying life dear lady. Great pictures and I'd really like that peach! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteWe've had a very green Fall so far. Lots of rain and warm weather. Cool nights are coming and I hope we'll have a long season of color.
ReplyDeleteMy oldest daughter usually comes for a visit with her family in the Fall, but she had an unpleasant experience of severe vertigo after her second covid vaccine. We ended up going there to help my son-in-law with the 4 littles. All seems well but we missed our evening hot dog dinners around the firepit and trips to the apple orchards. Next year may be better.
How nice to have a friend visit!
Happy Fall!
You guys look like you're having a ball this fall! 😉
ReplyDeleteWhat a great fall you are having.
