It's time to pick peaches and bless
family, friends and load up the freezer and shelves.
The first year we lived in this home, we would get
people knocking on our door asking,
"Are the Peaches ready?"
And every year after that...
This is just the start of our harvesting process.
There are so many more, still on the branches.
~~~***~~~
" Kock, Knock!!
Are you ready Tom?
The neighbors are starting to line up outside our door! "
😳
Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
ReplyDeleteHey there! Well, it looks like ya'll are quite popular! lol Oh those peaches sound delicious....Are they ready yet? lol
ReplyDeleteYou must be working so very hard to get all of that canning done. I don't know how to can but I think it's a great and valued skill in my book.
You are a sweet neighbor I must say, I wish more neighbors were like you.
God bless you mightily and may He bless your giving and generous hearts, that is great.
The above is me, I don't know why it published as anonymous....I had clicked my account. Oh well. It's me! : )
ReplyDeleteThose peaches look so yummy, Christine.
ReplyDeleteI love the scripture you have shared, when we share, the blessings in our life just overflow! Have a great week,
Blessings,
Sue
We have gotten the most wonderful peaches at our local supermarket. I love peaches but they don't love me, so Joe has eaten most of them. My mom had a peach tree and it looked a lot like yours with all the peaches on it. You have a generous heart to give them to your neighbors. I have helped my grandmother can, but I have never done it myself. I know it is a lot of work.
ReplyDeleteOh do I ever love peaches! Those look so pretty too! Wish I was close enough...I'd come a knocking! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeletePeaches have to be my absolute favorite fruit. We have Palisade peaches here in Colorado, and they are amazing. I know it's peach season when the farm stands pop up all around me. Congratulations on your harvest! xo
